Welcome aboard
Yes Cichlids change color during mood, breeding, and when stressed or sick. How long has the aquarium been setup and running?

They do that from time to time. Just keep the water Clean and try to get a real filter lol
Well I don't have enough budget in future I will think about it but those doy filters r doing fine can you tell the difference weather they r male or female

Like to add live feeders if not quarantined prior to feeding them to your fish may carry harmful pathogens. A good brand pellet is a better option. Pellets will have all the ingredients your Cichlids need to thrive.

In the last picture, the darker one looks female. The blue bearding much like Jack Dempsey's makes me think female.

I zoomed in on you image and circled what I was mentioning about blue beards.

No opinion on the light colored one ATM

I am feeding them and its been a 2 to 3 weeks since I set up that aquarium I put those goldfish in to check on their healts and after a week of keeping an eye on them I got those chicleds I was thinking of doing water change every 2 weeks after seeing the oscars diet they r eating like crazy sometime they don't even leave enough for the chicleds

They look stressed. If I had to guess I’d say you have two females. The bigger one as Jexnell Jexnell pointed out is for sure a female. But I think the other one is too.
How big is the tank? Two green terrors and an Oscar in the same tank isn’t going to work long term. Once the girls start laying eggs they will get very aggressive and you may ultimately end up with only one cichlid in the tank.
For now I’d suggest adding more hiding places for them.

I would not mix females with anything, except a bonded male.
I tried to mix a female GT and female Oscar. Every three weeks the GT would lay another batch of eggs and cause complete chaos in the tank while doing it.
