my Green Terror has a White Bulge???WTF

HI, my GT has this White Bump or Bulge on his right side next to his gill plate...it started of small when i first got him and now it has gotten bigger...I have no idea what it is..he is perfectly condition, he is eatin good, active, etc.... I have notice that the white bulge has a lil blood vein on it also....HELP!
here are some pic... lighting was hard to get but you can just see the white bump...

I still have trouble trying to see what exactly it is. Any more pics? Has it been injured before? Do you have sharp decorations? What size is your tank and what else are in it? What are your water parameters?
