wat do u feed it so it can grow a kok. wil mine grow one too ?

I mix my own fish food, bloodworms,krill, veggie,& grow flake,planktin, then I add a few 5-8 sinkers for my pleco & uaru

Nice fish. I also have 2 GT they are about 4 to 5 inch.
One has a black spot on its side (likebeginneralax14)
and the other has a black line.
Could this be male and female or will they lose the black color?
