ive only had him for a few months but i love him like a dog! he is the best lizzard ive ever owned. he eats mice like a monitor but will take mealworms from my hand. he also chases crickets around my living room and snatches them up. He sits on my shoulder and will rest on my arm. he is a mature male and is a little over 2ft long. he resides in a custom screen cage i made myself for about 60 bucks. his cage is 4x2x5 and is his favorite place to be. he will climb into his cage when he gets bored of running around the house. i love him.

he is dull in spots because he is still sheading. i also didnt pay one cent for him.
 
in thinking of making a mouse feeding vid. he grabs them by the head and shakes them like crazy hitting them on the ground. he then crunches the skull a few good times and then swallows it down the hatch. its awesome stuff.
