So after having this pair for roughly three months I was awoke this morning by my wife telling me she had found around 100-200 fertilized eggs along the bottom back wall of their aquarium. I'm super excited as this is the first time they have spawned for me. Research has shown me they are pretty good parents for the most part, but I am not exactly sure what to feed them once they hatch. I was thinking finely crushed spirulina flakes and baby brine shrimp.

congrats, dude . . . my Nortes would breed, but I never got fry . . . I recommend you check the Breeding section, should be lots of good tips there for feeding fry

I always take a lazy-man's approach that the fry will fend for themselves; it worked just fine when my Texas & Convict paired up . . .

Thanks a lot man. So far they're doing a really good job of being parents. Ol' mom is fanning away and dad tries to run me off everytime I get close to their tank haha. None of the eggs have turned white either which is definitely a good sign.
