not much of a hatchling any more is he? they grow up so quickly don't they! Soon you may want to think about separating him from the other turtles so he does not become aggressive and injure them.

It's weird that yours likes to bask on land; the one that I used to have refused to use its basking area on land. You'll also have to watch that he doesn't take off another turtle's tail now that he's bigger.

Right now he is in a 120g tank with an adult male RES who's still 4x his size.

I plan to move the snapper into it's own tank in a few months. Right now I don't have the space for another tank.
