As title says dont really know what to do being a new fish keeper was not planed just looked in and saw a bunch of little clear things swimming under them 2 fish and they chase other fish away.

I would let the parents care for the fry, they should eventually eat them if you leave them in. These would grow up to be a deformed hybrid, best to let all the fry get eaten. If any do survive, keep them in your tanks, do not distribute them, rampant hybridization wreaks havoc on existing bloodlines.
