We dont have school today due to rain and one of our buildings lower floors flooded. I thought rain days were imaginary like bigfoot or sea monsters but guess not

Several times we didn't have school because a water main pipe broke, which is great but very random.
We also had a bus come to school late because it hit a horse.
Also once a squirrel fried himself in the electric generators somehow and we had no school.
At least once a year someone would put food in the microwaves for 60 minutes. We had several fire dept. visits and were stuck outside while they run in with their pickaxe things.
Ummmmmmm, our highschool always got in championships in basketball/golf or whatever and the game or event would be like at 9am on a weekday. So a few people would go and just buy tickets and sell them at school since we were allowed to miss as long as we had a ticket showing that we went.
I've missed thos highschool days, now that I'm in college and you never get off unless theres 6 feet of snow out.
