I believe the real Hystrix comes from somewhere in Brazil? But a true Hystrix looks nothing like that. I think you have orb? IDK but let the experts come and ID it.

its a humerosa/orbingi ray, brazilian hystrix look nothing like that, check out the stickies of stingray profiles in the stingray forum
