I noticed what looked at first like an injury on the base of the pectoral fins of one of my HRP/Con's about two weeks ago. It started out reddish but is now off-white and hasn't really improved. I looked tonight and one of my other ones was acting funny (hanging out at the bottom of the tank, etc.) and I found that it has the same thing on both pectoral fins. None of the other fish or species are affected, and I haven't introduced any new fish in months. No feeders, params are good, I do a drip system for W/C's.

Pictures attached...any thoughts?

Well the best thing to do until you figure out what's causing it is to turn up the temp gradually to 82-84 degrees F. Add salt (about a tablespoon per 10 gallons since it isn't severe). This is a great way to get rid of fungus and bacterial infections. Salt and temp raise fixes a ton of fish issues. If you have a quarantine/hospital tank, (and you should), do it there.
