Tiger oscars and albino oscars are both the same species. I guess you could call it a mix breed, but as Aqualoon said, it isn't a hybrid.
It is like breeding a German Shepard to a Cocker Spaniel both are Canis familiaris the same species but different breeds. So the off spring wound not be considered a hybrid but rather a mixed breed. Same as breeding two different types of Oscars as in your case, the off spring are not hybrids.
I think its the bad pictures but from what I see thats how all young oscars look like they will develop colors later on
Watch out for the dog analogy haha. I tried that one once and a guy on here got in a huge huff and said his father was a dog breeder and I'm wrong and etc etc. Bottom line I don't think he ever took a biology class.
