I have a 200 gallon tank with Payara,ATF,Peacock Bass. I noticed some ich on the bass Sunday night. I immediately raised the temp to 84 degres. It is normally 82deg. I then put 10 tbsp of salt in the tank. Next day I did another 10 tbsp. I have done a 10 % water change every day and re added salt each time. I noticed today only the bass have it but they have it bad. Any suggestions or do it just wait it out. None of the fish have eaten at all this week.

Ok, don't know about your other fish but the pbass could handle 86 in stride maybe even 90. If your other fish can take it make sure you crank the heat to atleast 86.
Test your water, are parameters off??? I would assume no based on water changes.
If ich is a problem and you are treating it decline happens almost immediately, I've only experienced persistence when its the secondary infection in the tank. For emergency treatment though raise temp and salinity even more, as much as you think you can(I spike tank temps to 90 but don't leave it there more than an hour, and for salt I can't remember, see here), your fish should be able to handle more salt I'd think.
If this is indeed a secondary infection and the primary is parasite related the salt will kick it and the salt will effect many other micro organisms that could attack your fishes immune system. If its not a virus or a especially difficult bacteria odds are you've got it with this basic treatment. If you notice any other problems, unexpected fin rot, or fungus you need to double up on maracyn 1 and 2 as a good blanket treatment or some would say medicate foods with metro. If you give us more info we can better inform you what to do.

Parameters are good.Fish look good except the ich on them. The tiger fish never got it. The Payara had it but it went off them in about 3 days. The bass had it first then it seems they have gotten it much worse over the days.I will raise the temp to 86 when I get home and add another 10 tbsp of salt.
my bass had it bad, i treated for almost two weeks losing a few using the salt treatment.
I ended up buy kordon ich plus and it cleared up in 2 days with the combination of heat with it.

AT the end of the week if a fish hasn't dramatically improved from treatment I always perceive things are more off than I know. If he said he only had a few flecks then he's doing it right but that wasn't the description we got. 86 is standard for ich treatment though so he should be good with that it kills the more common and easier strain, the florida strain dies at 90(hence my spike)
in the worst case he can always treat in a med tank so that the treatments will be more directed towards the bass and not the whole larger tank.

any chance u could giv the fish a bath,,im thinking ich is ich no matter what fish ther on so the salt n heat should kill it right off
