Hello all! Just wanted to introduce myself, GREAT site! Stumbled across this site while doing some research on tank stands. My tank is probably small compared to most people on here. I have a 150gallon, that houses 5 Red Piranha's. Prior to this it was a saltwater setup. So i have 2 questions now that im registered:
1 - Its time for a new stand, hate the one i have now. Does anyone build stands around the norcal area? Im looking to have someone build one for my 150g, i'd rather not spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on a stand. Of course im willing to pay someone, i've seen some great DIY stands on here and i have a rough idea of what im wanting.
2 - It is time for me to part with my reds, i know this might be a 'sensitive' topic as im not even supose to own them in california. But lets face it, there are plenty of people who have them im sure and its not like im trying to sell drugs! Im not going to dump them in my local river/lake because i want to get rid of them, (idiot profile)...i want to see them go to another fish enthuiast! So my question, Would i be able to post these fish for sale on here? They're awesome fish, its time to move on though..they feed on frozen shrimp and fillets. Very healthy guys.
