My IT Datnoid has Zits?

I have a 9" Indo Tiger that has weird red bumps, a couple of them almost look like they have white heads. Any idea what this is? And more importantly, the best way to get rid of it? The pictures are kinda hard to see but hopefully they help.

There is an Oscar, two Pearsei Cichlids, a senegal bichir, an endli bichir, a belly crawler pike cichlid, and a flagtail. The two Pearsei are coming out soon, I'm over them. 125 gallons, filtration moves about 2000 gph, ammonia is 0, nitrates are 10 ppm, ph is 7.2, temp is 75 degrees.

And none of the fish are full grown. The Datnoid is the biggest fish in there.

Looks like the flagtail was sucking on him a little bit. I've heard of that happening.

Why would the flagtail start doing that all of a sudden out of no where? They have been together for quite a while, I've had the flagtail for a couple years and never had him suck on any fish.

Krich had something similar, turned out to be a parasitic worm of some type. I would treat for IP.

Oh crap, that's not good news. I guess it's time to quarantine and treat.

Fish is in quarantine and being treated for parasites. I got a couple more pictures (cell phone), can anyone tell what it is??
