My jack dempsey fish are acting crazy

The smaller one I think is a female and is beating on the big jack and i think the larger one is male. The big jack is under the rock and lil jack is now the boss. My green terror is freaked out and i just don't know what to do plz any help would be greatly appreciated?

Not knowing anything else it sounds like your smaller JD is taking aggression out on the others for some reason. Not terribly unusual. Has this been a recent occurance? It could be a stressor is causing them to behave like that. What size tank do you have them in? What other tank mates? And what are your water parameters?
