I have been trying for months now to get my JD's to breed. So far no luck. What temp do I need? Also any suggestions would be appreciated..

Well, mine bred at a temp of 73F and I had a pleco, extra female JD, and a convict. She laid the eggs inside a cheap clay pot that i use for decoration. It was a strawberry plant clay jar to be exact.
Mine just bred and i only had one female. My male is 6 inches and the female is 4 inches. My temp is 78
This may be a worthless question but are they mature enough for spawning? They may be too young yet. Or maybe one of the couple isn't as excited about their partner. Adding an extra female may bring about some competition. Mess around with the different variables and see what you come up with, it could turn out to be one simple tweak that fixes everything. Haha the male is almost 10 inches and the female is 7 inches. I may get a new female in the next couple weeks
