My Jag Breeding Getting Underway

Man I missed out with these two this time. I had them together for a week and they were fine. After the first week though one day the male started to beat on her a bit. I separated them before he could cause too much damage to her. I had been watching them every day, noticing that they were getting close to breeding time. Wednesday evening was the only day I had not watched them, and wouldn't you know because of this. The female dropped her tube in that one day while still divided. I came home yesteray to a huge batch off eggs, but I was too late she was already done. The male never had a chance to fetilize them bummer, but will not make that mistake again
