my jags are killing each other

last week i noticed one of my 2'' jags was missing from my 100gal growout tank.
earlyer today while doing a waterchange i found the missing jag in my wet/dry filter still alive and looking quite healthy so i threw him back into the tank.
well i guess after not seeing each other for a week the two jags dont recognize each other and are fighting alot.
there is not too much i can do because i am not finished setting up my 560gal which will be there home after they grow out and all of my local fish stores are closed untill tomorow. untill then i hope they can learn to get along.

I can see them not getting along if they were the same sex later but they got along just fine before this and they have been together for about two months now.

yeah, i didnt think of that.
I was planing on getting rid of one of them anyway before i move them to the 560 so i dont have any breeding related killings going on.

i think in a 560 you wouldn't really have to worry about breeding but yeah i would just wait and see if they mellow out a bit and if not then separate them or just get rid of one. i have 2 jag babies the same size who i think are different genders and i still have to separate them (though my grow out tank is only 20g long, hopefully they will be big enough to move to my 120 when i get back in town...)
