my jags wont breed?? help please

i have a pair of jags that were showing signs of breeding lip locking the male constantly nips the female like hes trying to get her to lay eggs...i dont know why there not sexing they were digging about 3 weeks ago and now there not doing much at all....can someone please tell me what i need to do i have been doing lots of 35% water changes about 1 every 3 or 4 days..the only thing im thinking is i need a divider. wat am i doing wrong??

yeah, try seperating for a few days, also be patient, they might not be ready mate yet, just keep doing your part by making the tank adequate for reproduction

bump up the temp a few degrees then feed them some live foods.

Do a large water change, 33%, top-up quite a bit cooler. That triggered my pair to spawn every time when I had them. Pics attached.
