MY jar has cloud eye!!!

i posted an old threa, the tittle is wrong.. my jar has i thnk cloud eye.. his left eye is different from his right eye.. theres something white in the middle of his left eye.. what to remedy with this? could this be the early stage of cloud eye?

It could be a cataract.

I had some dats that had them when I bought them from the lfs. The treatment is pretty simple, similar to other fungal/external parasitic infection. I just increased the temperature, added salt, and increased airation. It cleared up in about three days.

You can also use any sort of anti-fungal medication, like Melafix, and that should clear it up in no time.

tnx bro, i tried melafix already and it fix my jar's left eye in less than one day, i guess i was lucky to suspect the problem at an early stage

No worries...I'm glad he's doing well.

Melafix has really become a "must-have" for me. Any fish I take in from the lfs around me that may have some sort of fin-rot, fungal infection or sores...Mealafix is my go-to for a quick fix.
