Rep,be patient,if you believe it,it will come,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,lol,to the rest, holding your rose would have been fine, while holding terestrial Ts you want to hold them low to the ground and over a soft surface, they can take some falls but their abdomens can burst easy and then they can bleed out.My cat knocked my old rosies cage from the top of the closet some years back and with the cage and her falling together she of course died, sad thing she was found behind the couch so she lived long enough to find shelter, broke my heart she was like 8 years old and one of my first.Try doing a photoshoot while holding the Ts,lol...........I would NEVER say'oh noes"man kill me now lmao!Kings are very rewarding but very shy too.Dont worry Rep,you need to save some for later so you dont get early burn out, lol. Thanks for the complements guys and everyone should get one, their habitats are being destroyed and wild colecting is rampant BS,this hobby will keep them alive and thriving and the more ppl involved and giving their personal info and care success will help these Ts last forever. You dont have to get them out of the cages with your hand, they eat les than herps, keep the temps and humidity good and some can withstand lots of ups and downs though you shouldnt let it happen.Cheap to feed, good conversation peice, can keep them up on a shelve away from the kids and pets,or another room away from cats,if the tank is big then a cat cant mess with it but you dont want tanks tiped. Its just a big hairy spider, you got more dangerouse ones around your house and in your walls anyways.Just do it.
