My L90 ended his holdout!

Ive had him for almost a month and never seen him eat anything. Tonight he was the first one to attack the zucchini and has been back at it several times.

Such a relief when they start eating.

yup. you can really get them onto a great diet when they start accepting fruits/veggies. patience pays off!

They love zucchini.. Mine eats it all the time.. try cucumber and sweet patatoes as well.

im gonna try sweet potato next. i mix it up, so far potato and yellow squash have been big hits too.

aint sweet potato too hard? I havent try feeding them sweet potato.. I tried carrot tho, they ignore it totally

My plecos don't seem to have any problem with it.. Maybe it is a good idea to peal them down a little so they can reach the inside of the potato better, might help.

we keep a lot of fresh veggies for our cooking, i feed the plecos the softened ones and they prefer this it seems.
