I don't Know
Ok with 4 rb babies is it normal to have them sorta goin crazy, darting everywhere?:screwy: Then also should i subdue their lighting?

your last question? Are you leaving us? lol.

red bellies are naturally skittish. mine are 7-8 inches now and they still dart around if i make too sudden of a movement.

i do have a 3-4 inch baby rhom though that isn't a darter

light? mine never liked them but i never turned it on either. When they got bigger, they adjusted to it and i'm now able to turn it on with no issues. i use to turn it on when they were fighting and they'd dart everywhere and then huddle together.

Ok no I'm not leaving, and they are 1 inch. I have 4 in a 36 if I do a water change every week and clean the tank every 2 weeks?

yup, i figured they were tiny. they'll outgrow the skittishness when they realize there's nothing that's going to eat them in the tank...other then themselves.

side note, you guys remember someone had a quote that went a lil something like "they live in dark murky water with danger lurking around every corner, you'd be a little paranoid too" haven't seen that quote around in a long timg

They live in one if not the worlds most dangerous rivers, filled with aquatic horrors of every kind. If you lived there you'd be a little paranoid too.

I have 5-3in rpb's, they were extremely skittish at first. I fixed their tank up a little (added some aquatic plants, tree stump, gravel, and a powerhead) now they are so obsessed with the powerhead that they don't even care when i reach in the tank.

I'll post a video of this soon, but when they saw the powerhead and what it did, they would go underneath it, wait till it pulls them up, and the current shoots them off... they do this over and over all day....... tards.....
