It would be very difficult to explain actually. There are quite a lot of layers to work with, plus I can't give out all my trade secrets.

You can click on it for a larger version but for copyright reasons, 1024 x 683 is the largest I allow to float around the net.

Yes, as long as your image is in focus, very clear and suitable in the pose etc.
