IN YOUR HEAD
I just got this 5 inch walleye and 4 to 5 inch largemouth bass. I also got a long nose gar.I have a thread consisting of my Gar's in the Gar section. I just have to get them off of live food.

Nice! The walleye is seriously skinny though. Any succes with dead foods yet? Lmb normally take them fairly easily don't they?

I need to beef them up. No luck to speak of really. The lmb did take a flake in that I offered it after it saw the boxed dovii eating them. I know that one will be easy to break, I have done it before. The guy I got them from gave them 4-5 minnows every few days. I may just have to break down and bulk the walleye up with feeders then try to break it off live after it gets some weight on. Hopping that with these being store bought hatchery fish they may break easier, more so in the walleye case. Also I think the bass has been out competing the walleye and kinda bullying it. After I break it the bass will go in with my pbass and jag growouts. That way the walleye should be able to relax better and learn from my tsn and ck that eat fillets.

Lost the walleye in a tank crash. I had some minnows left over from fishing and I tossed them in before bed. They didn't eat as much as I thought they would have and the water went south. That caused my tsn grow out to vomit and crashed the tank. The walleye died early in the morning because it was still very fresh. Everything else is doing OK in the tank. I moved my dovii into the 125gal to see if I can get some jag x dovii hybrids due to all three of my jags being female. So now the grow out just has a ck, tsn, lmb, and a LNG.

How's the American eel doing?

I actually sold it a bit ago. It was doing great, I just didn't have a tank for it any more with the wife coming back. She didn't want a tank were its tank was. I had no way to eel proof my 180gal and it could have eaten fish in my 125gal(witch would have been the best not to try and eel proof). So I made the choice and sold it.
