My LFS recommending marineland canister

I am looking at getting a new filter I was looking around and my LFS highly recommends the Marineland 360 I am curious if anybody is running this filter and what the opinions are here. I can get one new on ebay for $155 delivered to my house. I need to stay around that price or so I already have 2 HOB aquaclear 110's but as I got a ray about a month ago I know more filtration never hurts. Any thoughts here. I am in a 130gal.

For that price I think I would consider Ehiem classic series or save some cash and get an XP3. The marineland canister is just a glorified XP filter anyway

I agree. The XP3 will do the same job as the 360 for less money.

PITA to clean with high bypass possibilities.

If you're wanting extra bio check out the eheim Have you considered a wet/dry?

Hahaha I have not checked out a wet dry I wouldn't have the foggiest what to look for or how to use one.

I realy like my 360 but the xp3 is just as good but cost less

I would also suggest eheim, but they do cost a bit more. I would though get a rena over the marineland.
