the female is the Midas.
I only got two fry from the last spawn. it was my first time trying to hatch eggs. I will do better next time.

that females pretty small,but thats a really nice carpintis. i wonder how the fry will look.

There both only 4 inches tops. but they get along well so i will leave them alone for now. I need to get the male bigger so i can try to breed him with my female KK parrot.

thats cool. they bred pretty early on then. hopefully some of this batch comes nout nice, ive never really seen any nice texas midas or red devil crosses.

should i breed the offspring of this pare with my KK parrot? or should i breed the male corpunten with the KK parrot? then breed the fry of that spawning with the fry of the carpenteen Midas spawning?

Just a quick update on my progress. I now have very small fry from the male CR& female Midas and female KK. now i have to see what the fry look like.

nice, hopefully you put up some pics, cause i want to see what they turn out like. i was actually jsut wondering what a texas and crossed with a red devil or midas would look like. pics soon please

It will be a wile because all the the fry from both spawns are just wigglers rite now.

I was looking at the fry last night and was amazed at how much bigger the KK and Texas are. there twice the size of the Midas,Texas. would that be because of the age difference of the KK and Midas?
