Hey everyone! Im new here, but been lurking for a while. We are getting our 55 gal freshwater tank this weekend, so I thought Id start off with some pics of MY babies.. (my husband hates reptiles). Right now I only have 3, used to have soo many more before I got pregnant, and have owned reptiles since I was 8. Anyways, my fav is my ball python that was born with no eyes. His name is Freakshow. I have never bred or plan on breeding and I love to take in the special needs babies. The first 2 pics are of him and the last one is of my latest tattoo! Getting it colored next week. Panther chams are def one of my favorite reptiles!

Pretty ball! Back in the late 80's and early 90's, I had a few Ball python and Burmese python breedings that produced a few eyeless neonates. I discovered that it happened due to uneven heat distribution in the incubator and wasn't genetic at all. I even acquired and adult female Burmese that I was "promised" to be male that was bred and produced a clutch of 36 perfect babies. Amazing how it seems so easy for them to adapt! Again, gorgeous snake.
