very nice fish. looks like johannas to me. they look well fed. what do you feed them?

They are pretty good about eating anything. Really go afte the sinking carnivore pellets when I feed those.

Nope, 100% Crenicichla sp. 'venezuela'.

They do look well fed, one thing though be sure to fast them at least once a week. Pikes that small can get bloated or blocked up.

so if there venezuela... whats the diagnostic feature that tells you that. i had some johannas and from what i remember that looked very similar to those at that size.

Johanna doesn't have the occelli in the caudal and the black edging around the caudal.
