Future monster right there. They are fun to grow out. I have around 25 at 1/2 an inch from my pair I'm growing out.

Im having a blast with this guy and his female is on the othwr side of divder. Very owner responsive and attacks food like he never ate before lol. looking forward to him when he is larger!
Mine's about 16" now, and bangs my glass lids where I drop food in every time anyone walks by. If you stand there, he just beggs for food at the surface. You'd think he's starved...
Good luck getting them past the 5" mark. Like Ruck Fules said, lots of love for this species. There's just nothing else out there like them. They're rare due to the bloat issues when young, and absolutely gorgeous and owner responsive once they start putting on some size. Keep us updated on how they turn out!
Oh ya will definitly post his progress. He is 4 inch and I can see the load of personality coming that you talk of Seedub!
He has lots of room in a 100g temp is about 84 and weekly water change with a diet of NLS seems to be working like a charm, just slow grower but as you guys have mentioned well worth the wait!
