My Male Beani

Got this guy at 1/4 of an inch from Gage Brady along with 2 other beani and 5 umbees.
He grew faster than all of them, killed off 4 umbees, and 1 beani before I could find homes for them.
Ended up pairing off with a female umbee for a while before killing her.

At 4ish inches he got bloat and I did everything in my power and a ton of help from RD., I saved him and he is flourishing.

He is now roughly 10 inches long now living fine with a goldy pleco, three beacon pleco, galaxy pleco, royal place and a common pleco. Also have a baby RTC in there until he gets a little bigger.

Would love to hear your thoughts on him. I'm super proud of him.

Black sand.
I'm redoing the tank this weekend I think. I wanna switch it up to some black gravel

There is a goldy, galaxy, three beacon, royal and common pleco and a baby RTC in with him
