My Male breeder Con grew a hump ( cooool! )

hey! i just noticed my male convict grew quite a big hump over the past few days!!! its nice actually!

dunno much abt cichlids, anyway i wanna know what induces this? i heard dominance? but theres nothing to dominate in the 20gal tank lol its just him and his partner and their latest batch. age perhaps?

ima share some pics and a short vid of them.
i think he is ard 3inch while the female remained at 2.5inch.
