In order to get them that tame, did you often stick your hand in the tank and slowly started handfeeding? Mine will take worms from my fingers, but wont come up on my hand all the way like that, and it would be amazing if I could get him to do that. By the way, awesome video, and your hystrix is beautiful.

I buy the hystrix, i just can catch himself motoro and falkneri.
I offten first worms to he, in the second day for he in the tank, he gets from my hand. Try to offten food using your hand close on the glass, he goes to support itself in the glass, later you start move to way far successively from the glass.
Currently he food frozen shrimps, live fish, worms, sticks and gammarus.
(sorry my english is trashy)

That Hystrix should be part of a circus!! your method has certainly worked.
Falkneri are wonderful rays,dont see enough of them in the UK,i saw one in Brazil last year,it was in a large indoor pond in a restaurant,never saw this species in the wild though.
