Hi all,
I've been following this awesome forum for a long time now but just decided to create a thread to share this crazy incident that happened in my tank.
My tank has a 3in mangrove jack with a similar sized blue yabbie and a couple of apple snails.
I introduced the 3in yabbie a couple of weeks ago into the tank and it seem to hold its own against the jack just fine, who occasionally nose it cautiously.
But today when I came home from work, I noticed the jack's stomach very bloated and thought it came down with a disease but when I switched on the lights, I found the yabbie's shells all over the tank.
In short, I know jacks are decent predators but this seem abit ridiculous.
