My midas cichlids (update, 2 months on)

I thought i'd do a picture update of my Midas cichlids. I got them about 2 months ago, 2 yellow at about an inch and two Barred slightly smaller than the yellow, the first pic is was taken about 6 weeks ago, now the others were taken today, Now i've got 3 yellows and a semi yellow/barred as they are changing colour. They share their 4x2x2 with 4 Texas cichlids, a chcocolate cichlid (who won't be in there very long) a severum, some plecos and a pictus catfish. They are now about 3inch and one is about 5inch.

Looking good. Look forward to updates as they get bigger. Mine seem to do the same thing. Started out barred, went red, then yellow, then black spots, then yellow and currently orange. But I haven't looked at them yet today so who knows.

looks more like a devil to me... but still nice one... I will take pics of my midas if I can get him out of hiding the face of a midas is not as elongated as the devils

No i'm certain that they are midas cichlids, i mean you can't get barred RD's. and They aren't very strong or dark colouration on them. Either i'm not bothered. I still think that they are great. They could never replace my oscars though.
