My Midas Is Silly

As I am filling up my tank I am feeling bad but having a hard time not laughing about my Midas.
When siphoning the tank the Midas seemed to be enjoying the suction the siphon gave.
Well he got his head a little too close and his hump got lodged perfectly in the siphon.
When his head went in it went *THUMP* and as he pulled away it went *THUMP*.
He's got some minor scratches now on his head that I'm sure'll heal quick.
Poor little guy... it's too funny though I had to share.
 
I sucked up a sick goldfish one time and the other day I found a guppy in my washtub a few minutes after a waterchange. The guppy lived but the goldfish didn't. I always try to get the big flowerhorn in my avatar with the python though, he beats the thing mercilessly maybe it would teach him a lesson if he got stuck to it.
 
Haha, yep, I always gotta fend myself from him with the siphon.
This time he totally inflicted it on himself though!
I just let the siphon idle and watched him bite it and wave his flanks near it.
He seemed to be enjoying the company for a change.
All of a sudden I freak out from the *THUMP* and the brief second he got his head stuck.
The relief from him getting unstuck made me start cracking up.
He totally looked like "Oh, so that's what happens".
Haha Silly little Midas.

thats a real cute story. :) i sucked up a krib mommy once when she tried to go in after her babies i was removing.
