My midas looks bigger... must be the fpod

My 7+ year old midas looks bigger.. the only thing i have been doing differently the last couple months is that i changed his food...two before and two after pics...
Or is it just my imagination....

Thanks...when i changed his diet i had the idea to slim him down...but his appetite is constant and l can only go a couple days week without feeding before he wins me over...

I went from Hikari cichlid gold to NLS thera+A about 2months ago..
I lost most old pics due to computer issues...may have some on SD that i can post in the future...

I tried NLS.....due to seeing posts and threads bringing it up and a concern of the content/quality of what i was giving VS what l could be.My midas is over 7yo and had been thinking on what i could do better to make him as healthy and long lived as i can...the only variable i changed lately since moving him 2 years ago to my 150gal was the feed... family that don't see him everyday were saying he looked bigger..this is the biggest his hump has ever been...it may be may be that another high quality food would have done the same... In this case it was the NLS.....

Very good looking fish you got there. Can't really tell if he is bigger but his hump does look larger. I think his overall shape improved with the bigger hump:D
