This guy is crazy but he's fun to say the least. he's been in the tank for about a week now and he seems to be settling in nicely. He still doesn't eat normally like my other cichlids but as much digging as he's been doing over the past several days, he might have been fed through the remnants of leftover food/waste that wasn't siphoned thoroughly?
Whatever the case, this guy seems to enjoy chasing my daughter (or whoever is in the room at that) back and forth when she runs around.
I throw pellets in the tank... he could care less! My daughter walks into the room, he jets towards her at 100 mph! Go figure.
