My Midas..

I bought my Barred in April 06 from Rapps..he was about 5-6inches..at first I put him in a 55g with a female Barred..then in July he went into a 75g by himself since he killed the female..and since early September he's been in my 125g by himself...right now, he's roughly about 9-10inches..would this be considered an average growth rate?..i feed him Hikari Pellets..

Awesome I got the same Barred Midas from Rapps 3 weeks ago. Here's my male also roughly 8-9". He is incredible and I love him to death. I taught him so many tricks so far. I am so glad Rapps had them from Cichlid Scene Big Heads as the Parent generation was AMAZING if you have ever seen the the pics. My pics are older so he is not as big in the pic as he is now. In the pics he is about 6.5 inches and now is about 8".
