my mono ate my shovel nose catfish

i had gotten a shovel nose cat yesterday from a fellow mfk member and after being in my 10 gallon the catfish starting going down hill..so i put him in my 180 after i stuffed my pbass with goldies (their weekly treat)..anyhow i watched the cat swim under the driftwood..watched him for a while and after a while i come back and this is wat i c..

keep in mind catfish wasent healthy n showing signs of dieing..i dident mean for this to happen on purpose..

WOW, hope the cat didn't cost ya too much. That could be an expensive snack! Apparently nobody told your pbass their treat was ONLY the goldfish lol

Same happened to me a while ago...I put a TSN in the 150 and the bass hit it right away and I had to pull it out of the bass' mouth...lol

They probably take down their share of baby catfish in the wild...Lets all hope that whatever it was that was ailing the cat does not affect the bass.
