Also the second smallest (next to my asian bumblebee). Steady grower compared to my other cats. And fewer water changes. Lol

Eats sinking pellets and hides almost all day. Lol. Wish me luck in getting him to over 2', maybe he can stay in my mega tank then.

Awesome cat! Giraffes are so communal for their gigantic final size, it's hard to believe.

Never trust 1 even when they are true gentle giants. Mine at 7inches one day decided to turn into a predator and ate the feeder swordtails I placed for my aro even when I gave him sufficient food daily. Now it is one of the most efficient hunter in my tank =(

Be carful mine turned into a right a**hole when it reached 14" bullied everything, especially my ray, I had to sell him recently, I was gutted since I had had it since it was about an inch but it just got to boisterous with any other bottom dweller

I have to agree with U on this point as I also experienced the same situation :(

rofl peaceful now cause he's a baby. my big guy has to be more than 26" now and he's completely (and wonderfully) obnoxious. He like to dominate the tank, and he bites the non-armoured catfish. They turn into a ton of fun, and I love all his personality. However... I would not call him peaceful.

+1 mine used to drag my birchir around the tank and bully my Niger's at feeding time until he decided he was full ,I used to have to do a double feed fie mins apart so the Niger's got some there far from peaceful once hit 10" :banghead:
