I will post pictures when he leaves the sand but I saved him from a pet store he was extremely beat up missing some of his tail. My boggest concern is that he has a cut on his disc and its white. Any suggestions to help a fast and healthy recovery. Should I isolate him? When I did have him isolated he wasnt eating then i put him in with my other motoro he is out and about.

You said he is out and about is he eating?? Lots of fresh water and salt added to the water would be good as a start. Dont dump the salt in with the ray either put the salt in your sump or dissolve it first in water then put the water in your tank. Good luck

If your not seeing him eat he is probably not eating enough or not at all. Find food he is eating and feed him lots. What was he eating at the store?

Im not sure. I will ask them. I have feeder fish ghost shrimp and i put earthworms because my other ray loves them. He is a fatty lol
