My mummified piraya

Unfortunately, my piraya died a few months ago because my stinkin heater went berzerk and fried him.:(

However, after following this process below, he is now preserved.

I dried it for 5 weeks. But it still smelled even after putting on the acrylic coat, so I'd recommend 6 weeks and lots of patience.
I also put beads in the sunk in eye sockets and afixed them with some super strong hair gel.

Now I just got to figure out how I'm going to mount it.
 
I think many fish could be mummified. The author at the end of the web page I had cited, says that he's done this process with many types of marine fish.

I figure since this is mimicking the mummuification process with humans, I think this might work for many types of fish.
