hello ive been away from the forum for a while but im back now and i thourght it would be a realy good idea to post some pics of 2 of my nano marines

first of all its my biorb life 60 now i didnt buy this it was given as a present i decided to set it up as a nano marine i didnt use the marine conversion kit i decided to do it all from scrach i think biorb marine conversion kit is a pure cone as its not good to use salt into tap water

biorb life marine pics just 10 mins after water change the fish wernt being camera frendly

these pics are of my biorb life 60 marine and my fluval edge marine the fluval edge marine has 2 clowns and the biorb life 60 has 2 yellow tailed damsiles and 1 pink spotted gobie no extra equipment like power heads has been added and every things going great tell me what yous think

im not really a fan of freshwater decor in a marine tank

actually make it look like a marine tank or there isnt too much of a point

i mean, you've got a ug filter and koosh balls in ur tank

it all dipends on what you like but what is rong with my filterasion

im not being funny but i think your comment is more because you dont like biorbs and edges because you think their over priced i may be rong but thats the impresion im getting your not on your own as a lot of people hate biorbs but what realy pisses me of is when people say you cant keep marine sucesfuly in them i admit its a bit more work as youve got to check every thing like salinity on a very regular basis
 
ya nice tanks didnt know you could do an edge into sw...i too am not a fan of fw decor in sw...same goes for sw decor in fw
 
no i actually have no problem with them, i think they could look incredible depending on how you decorate it, although i do kinda think they're a rip off
 
unfortunatly the heaters thermostat in the biorb blown and the aquarium overheated to an undelivalbe 70 - 90 degrees all the fish are now dead im devastated as i realy loved the pink spotted gobie he had so much character F***ING heaters any way i didnt think you could do a fluval edge marine but i thourght well people have done 20 - 30 litre nano marines why not in a fluval edge so i tryed it ive never realy used skimmers or power heads as power heads are expensive here in the uk so its easyer to have a small filter to cercalate i will be adding more fish to the biorb but il do a water change first
