Hello again! School has kept me away for awhile, but in that time, I got a new puffer. I brought home a 3 or so inch red spot. The lfs wasn't treating him well (big surprise) and him and the other one in with were getting beat up pretty badly. I had a tank for raising ghost shrimp that had cycled water, a ton of plants and tons of food, so I brought him home. He was pretty beat up, full of IP's and in need of a good meal. I gave him a few days to recover and settle in, then dosed him with Prazi. He eats like a champ and is far more personable than I ever dreamed he could be.
The best part? My lfs was having a huge sale that day where if you bought any fish under $30, you got your second fish for a penny if it was equal or lesser value. I had a credit at that store, so I walked out with my new puffer and an aluminum cat for about 7 bucks out of pocket. How cool is that?
