My New 4.5" Black Ghost Knifefish

Hi guys,

Picked this guy up on Friday as I got a great deal for him.

He is about 4.5" and is currently housed in a 2foot tank which is a half-way house for some assorted fish which I haven't figured out what to do with.

I will move him to the 4 footer when he is large enough to swim with the big boys.

He is notoriously difficult to photograph by noobs like me, but I will post a few more attempts in a bit.

why is the goldfish with it??? weird mix

The smaller goldfish are left-over feeders from when my FL Gars switched to sea-food (shrimp, krill, silversides) in the middle of a batch. The feeders have grown and are healthy for about a month now.

The other larger goldfish (allegedly Shubunkin) is one of a pair my cousin wanted to get rid off. Now, I want to give it away to my favorite store, but my little nephew (my cousin's kid) likes these goldfish and might want them back.

So, these Shubunkin are going to be in my tank for about a week till we are all convinced that my little nephew has moved on and won't want these fish back.

I presume the BGK will finish off the smaller goldfish (feeders) one by one in the coming weeks.
