I am starting a 90 gallon tank was thinking of stocking it with the following:
1 Oscar
1 JD
1 Severum
1 Salvini
1 Bichir
Is this a possible stock list if so what and when shoould i add first to the tank and what and when should i wait to add, if its not possible any alternative suggestions would be appreciated, thanks :)

I wouldn't do more than an oscar and a severum or an oscar and 3-4 silver dollars just because of the 48" x 18" footprint.

I keep an oscar and a sev in a 75g. Even this is a pair that may or may not work. I feed quality pellet and dry goods no more than 5x/week, do one weekly fin-level water change and keep the water temp around 78F to keep nitrates so they don't exceed 20ppm.

Greedy cichlids and bichir are a tough mix. It is very hard to ensure the bichir gets food. As a long term plan, I agree with FreshyFresh FreshyFresh even if the fish cohab fine(doubtful) the bioload is going to be very high and difficult to manage.

Salvinis are pretty aggressive and it would be hard to do a salvinis with those fish in a 90 gallon, you could take the Oscar out and do more medium smaller cichlids that aren't too aggressive like a Severum, and acara, a firemouth ECT, maybe even a jack Dempsey(they can be aggressive but nothing too bad). Or you could replace the Oscar with something a little smaller and less aggressive like a chocolate cichlid(not much smaller than an oscar but a bit less of a strain on the bio load)

I believe taking out the oscar would be a good move, a 90 is too small a tank for an adult oscar, the other cichlids are better choices for that size tank.
A 9" cichlid would be my max size limit in a 90 gallon tank.
To me any cichlid over 10 needs at least a 100 gal+ 6ft tank to be humane.

Ok what about
1 sevurum
1 blue acara
1 bichir
1 firemouth
1 bristlenose pleco

That will probably work just make sure the birchirs gets enouf food, also plecos sometimes like to suck the slime coat off birchirs so keep an eye on your pleco.
