thats awesome. my lfs had one out of four they wanted to part with. it was 9 inches and they wanted 65 bucks. it also showed signs of HITH. i couldnt find a veil tailed anywhere so i got a wild caught from brazil.

no i got mine from a LFS that stocks some crazy cool freshwater stuff. they have the biggest selection ive ever seen to be honest. its about an hours drive but totally worth it. im kinda weird about paying for a fish i cant pick out personally. but i may try it someday. i have been told snook is an excellent vendor by many many people and he has a great stock. but when dealing with oscars i gotta see it in person first. i picked my wild caught out of a group of 9 of them. and got 2/3 off the asking price. i only paid 10 bucks for him.
