my new (and first) bichir

well, decided that instead of paying 13 dollars a piece for senegals at my fave LFS, i went to petsmart and paid 6 dollars a piece for larger senegals. they r a bit stressed out and with some torn fins, but they have settled in nicely, and already have found where they like to sit and bask.

the first one is of them acclimating.

the second one if my lighter one, who apparently likes to sit under the lamps on top of my driftwood.

the other two started out under the driftwood but picked under the ornament to hang.

so the night photos were a bust, going to have to take a rain check. but now that the lights are off, they r moving around.

going to give them some pieces of shrimp pellets tonight, bought some bloodworms for in a week or so. need to mash up the pellets, too big for them atm.

One of my sens likes to sit on top of my driftwood too. He just started recently and I really wish I had a camera handy because he's definitely more photogenic there.
