When to a shop today and picked up 3 tiny little azul peacock bass(Cichla piquiti) acclimated for around an hour via drip and then got a net and added them to there 21 gallon growout/quarantine tank.I am fully aware of how large these fish will get and have a 7x3x2 tank with my fly river turtle and they will outgrowth this at some point but not for a very long time.I have many friends with big tanks that would be happy to house them in the future. Before people say to not keep with fly river turtle im growing them out until around 5 inches and then put them in the big tank.Katie(the turtle) has been fish her whole life of 13 years and has never killed nor harmed a single one but i will still keep an eye out.
